CANCELLATION POLICY:

Course cancellations made within 3 days of the course start date will not be able to be refunded unless another person is able to take the space. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course might be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arriving at Starlight cottage:

Please park on the gravel area in a considerate manner and do not park on the lane towards the fields.

Access requirements:

Starlight cottage is accessible to wheelchairs but some areas around the yard can get muddy. Unfortunately due to the traditional design of the Shepherd Hut, this is not accessible to wheelchair users.

Dietary requirements:

Dietary requirements will be met whenever possible, but if we are not advised of these in advance the selection might be more limited.

FACILITIES:

Please stay in the areas where the team is at Starlight Cottage and do not go wandering off too far. Access to the equine stables and yard is only allowed under supervision.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please let us know in advance of any medical conditions which affect you, as well as any allergies or emotional triggers.
