Reconnect with Nature

There is simply nothing better than heading out and feeling grass under your feet, seeing big vistas opening up in front of you and feeling your heart soar. It can seem like such a simple thing to do, but spending time in a wood or meadow can be transformative on how you approach daily life.

Conservation Days

We get volunteers together for several conservation days each year to work on projects that increase the biodiversity in the immediate area. The days are free - and a lot of fun! Discover recent conservation projects at the cottage.

Nature Coaching

So much has been lost because humans now live in big cities, stay plugged into electronic devices, and have become disconnected from the natural world. We offer workshops and 1:1 therapy to focus on what we can learn from nature and how to reconnect with our beautiful environment which can energise us and lift our souls.

Wilderness Walks

This is mindfulness at its best - take each step in mindful silence and love the new adventures which unfurl in front of your feet. Walks can occur from the cottage or further afield in some stunning Cotswold landscapes.

If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere.
— Laura Ingalls Wilder, author of Little House on the Prarie

Something to ponder…

In today's screen-dominated world, it is easy to forget we need nature. We need to be connected to what grows, to the seasons, to the wonderful creatures and plants we live amongst. This photo below is 'just' a dandelion head - but isn't it beautiful? Zoom in to the beauty and find energy through the flourishing you can find in the beautiful English countryside and take that inspiration back with you.
